ownership
All artwork remains the property of Crisp Media until payment is made in full at which time the approved artwork becomes the clients’ property while the concept artwork remains the property of Crisp Media. Crisp Media also retains the right to use all work (approved or otherwise) in their portfolio.
approvals
The approval of the quote means the above is agreed to.
hourly retainer agreement
Under our hourly retainer agreement, clients are invoiced for the full amount of the retainer hours agreed to monthly, regardless of the actual hours used during the billing period. This ensures that Crisp Media reserves their time and remains on standby to accommodate any client requests that may arise.
If the work performed exceeds the number of hours specified in the retainer, the additional time will be documented and added to the next month’s invoice as an overage. These overage hours will be billed at the agreed-upon hourly rate in addition to the retainer fee for the subsequent billing period.
It is important to note that unused hours within the retainer do not carry over to the next month. For example, if a client has a 20-hour retainer and only 10 hours are utilised, the remaining 10 hours will not be transferred to or credited towards the next month’s retainer.
We believe this approach to retainers allows us to efficiently manage our resources while providing clients with the assurance that their project needs will be promptly addressed.
